Orders placed online will be shipped within 3-14 Business days (excluding weekends).
Once parcels are in transit we can not accept any liability for lost or damaged parcels.
Tracking is provided with each parcel and will be emailed the moment the parcel is booked for delivery.
Once orders are shipped it can take 3-14 working days depending on where you are located to receive your goods, these times will vary on public holidays and festive seasons.
If your item is lost or damaged in transit we require you to contact us as soon as you receive your order, items must be in their original packaging and must be unused. Take a photo of your package and items and send through to the store or to our email: email@example.com
Once orders are placed you will not be able to swap, cancel or add onto an order.
